All Florida GMAC Real Estate announced this week that their Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach offices have received the prestigious Premier Service® Diamond Elite national award for providing superior customer service to home buyers and sellers on the Treasure Coast.  Reaching the Premier Service Diamond Elite level is the highest award given, an incredible accomplishment and underscores the company’s commitment to providing superior customer service to home buyers and sellers.  Through the Premier Service program, buyers and sellers are asked to complete a survey evaluating the service they received.  Once completed, the surveys are tabulated by an independent research firm and the results provide an overall ranking for the office.   To qualify to become a Premier Service Diamond Elite® office winner, All Florida GMAC Real Estate had to receive a minimum 97% customer satisfaction rating and maintain a minimum survey return rate of 30 percent.  All Florida GMAC Real Estate’s customer satisfaction rating is 98 percent.

“We are absolutely thrilled to receive this award,” said David Bessette, Broker/Owner of All Florida GMAC Real Estate.  “This award is quite significant because it is an independent rating based upon evaluations from our customers and clearly validates we are providing the highest level of service to buyers and sellers. Premier Service is one of the most comprehensive and effective customer service programs in the real estate industry.  Through the program, GMAC Real Estate’s sales associates put in writing, up front, the services they will perform.  Following the transaction, GMAC Real Estate agents ask their customers to honestly rate their performance through a written survey.   Nine sales partners with the All Florida GMAC Real Estate earned the Premier Service Diamond Award® achieving a minimum 95 percent Customer Service Satisfaction Rating.

At last Tuesday’s sales meeting Elizabeth Ruvo, State Sales Division Manager, announced the winners - Charlie Bunten, Rosemarie Cannillo, Joann De Rosa, Robert Lages, Pam Misiano and Michel Payuk in Port St. Lucie.   In Vero Beach Jim Goldsmith and Claudia Lindarte achieved Premier Service Diamond status.  All of these successful agents had to receive a minimum 95% customer satisfaction rating and maintain a minimum survey return rate of 30 percent during the year.

Jessica Morford and Rhonda Belcher with the Daytona office earned the Premier Service Diamond Elite award with 10 or more surveys returned while maintaining a perfect 100% rating on every survey returned.

She has also been a licensed mortgage broker for 11 years.  Misiano prefers working in sales to help buyers find their dream home or the perfect investment and to help sellers get the most for their home or guide them through a short sale to help preserve their credit if they are facing foreclosure.

Great News for St. Lucie Real Estate Market

Monday, May 11th, 2009

In April the Port St. Lucie branch of All Florida GMAC Real Estate posted their highest dollar production since June of 2008.  However, taking into consideration that in June of 2008 the average residential sales price posted by All Florida GMAC was $143,537.86 and this April the average was $79,132.50 one can see that the number of sales rose dramatically.
This is great news for the real estate market in St. Lucie County.  Properties are moving and the demand for foreclosures is so great that many of them are selling for at or above their listed price.  While still giving First Time Home Buyers and Investors opportunities they haven’t seen in years, this will eventually lead to the stabilization and gradual increase in prices.
David Bessette, Broker/Owner, and Elizabeth Ruvo, State Sales Division Manager of All Florida GMAC Real Estate would like to congratulate the whole team of associates in the Port St. Lucie office for their hard work and dedication to providing Premier Service® to all of their customers.  They would also like to recognize three sales partners who registered more than $400,000 in sales in April:

MATT HARRINGTON, CRS, GRI – Matt sold $444,750 in residential properties in April and is the leading producer in sales for the year to date.  Harrington is specializing in REO (bank owned) properties working closely with First Preston Management, Inc. which specializes in the marketing and management of real estate portfolios owned by mortgage banking companies, government agencies, institutions and other clients.  His relationship with them has grown to the extent that he now services their properties not only in St. Lucie and Martin Counties but also in Palm Beach County.  Harrington can be reached directly at 772-519-1330.

ROSA VARGAS, GRI – Rosa sold $431,200 in residential properties in April.  She is also specializing in REO properties working closely with Countrywide Home Loans.  While this keeps her very busy she still finds time to volunteer with the Realtors® Association of St. Lucie, Inc. where she is serving as Chairman of the Grievance Committee this year.  Vargas can be reached directly at 772-342-8188.

JOANN DE ROSA, CMS – Joann sold $421,000 in residential properties in April.  She works with buyers and sellers on traditional and short sale properties.  Named “Rookie of the Year in 2008”, Joann’s enthusiasm and dedication to her customers will always keep her on top. De Rosa can be reached directly at 772-971-9438.

All of these fine Realtors® have received the Premier Service Professional designation from GMAC Real Estate and are members of the Realtors® Association of St. Lucie, Inc., Florida Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®.  Their office is located at 1648 SE Port St. Lucie Blvd. in Port St. Lucie.  Stop by today or visit the company website, www.AllFloridaRealty.com for your Free Foreclosure List.
