Transnational Referral Certification

Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009

All Florida GMAC Real Estate is pleased to announce that Linda Jeffrey recently received her Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) Designation.

Jeffrey is an emigrant herself from Scotland and still has a large family abroad.  She decided that the TRC designation will permit her to expand her business to a global spectrum.  It also allows her to participate in cross-border transactions, highlighting specialty properties, access links to global real estate information, and to access to international properties and professionals from around the world.

The Transnational Referral Certification was developed to help real estate professionals better serve customers who are looking to buy or sell real property outside their own country and who will benefit from working with a real estate professional in that foreign market.  TRC certified real estate professionals are trained not only in the mechanics of cross-border client referrals, but also in how to work in the client’s best interests in the same manner they would a domestic client.  All TRC Realtors® adhere to a national professional code of conduct.

By obtaining this prestigious designation, Linda is now able to market herself through ICREA (The International Consortium of Real Estate Associations).  ICREA is a global alliance of leading real estate organizations in the world’s major markets.

Linda has been licensed since 2005 and also holds the GMAC Premier Service Professional designation.  She has taken on the current foreclosure market and is busy listing foreclosed properties for various lenders, and her buyers love her dedication to finding what is right for them.  Her new designation will help her market her listings worldwide and carry her Premier Service to buyers abroad.

Jeffrey is a member of the Realtors® Association of St. Lucie, Inc., the Florida Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®.  Her All Florida GMAC office is located at 1648 SE Port St. Lucie Blvd and she can be reached at 772-335-1995 or via her cell phone at 772-216-8498.  Her email address is ljsellsrealestate@comcast.net and you can visit her website at www.ljsellsrealestate.com
