All Florida GMAC Wins Numerous Premier Service Awards

All Florida GMAC Real Estate announced this week that their Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach offices have received the prestigious Premier Service® Diamond Elite national award for providing superior customer service to home buyers and sellers on the Treasure Coast.  Reaching the Premier Service Diamond Elite level is the highest award given, an incredible accomplishment and underscores the company’s commitment to providing superior customer service to home buyers and sellers.  Through the Premier Service program, buyers and sellers are asked to complete a survey evaluating the service they received.  Once completed, the surveys are tabulated by an independent research firm and the results provide an overall ranking for the office.   To qualify to become a Premier Service Diamond Elite® office winner, All Florida GMAC Real Estate had to receive a minimum 97% customer satisfaction rating and maintain a minimum survey return rate of 30 percent.  All Florida GMAC Real Estate’s customer satisfaction rating is 98 percent.

Transnational Referral Certification

Jeffrey is an emigrant herself from Scotland and still has a large family abroad.  She decided that the TRC designation will permit her to expand her business to a global spectrum.  It also allows her to participate in cross-border transactions, highlighting specialty properties, access links to global real estate information, and to access to international properties and professionals from around the world.

 

The Transnational Referral Certification was developed to help real estate professionals better serve customers who are looking to buy or sell real property outside their own country and who will benefit from working with a real estate professional in that foreign market.  TRC certified real estate professionals are trained not only in the mechanics of cross-border client referrals, but also in how to work in the client’s best interests in the same manner they would a domestic client.  All TRC Realtors® adhere to a national professional code of conduct.

All Florida GMAC Real Estate in Port St. Lucie honors top agents

The Port St. Lucie branch of All Florida GMAC Real Estate recognized their Top Producers at a brunch on January 23rd.   Broker/Owner, David Bessette, was on hand to congratulate all associates on a successful completion of the first year as a GMAC franchise.

 

For Residential Sales, Pam Misiano received the top “Platinum Award” for the most Dollars in the Door as well as top Gross Sales.  Jackie Cross received the “Gold Award”, and Rosemarie Cannillo received the “Silver Award”.

 

Jack Vanek and Gina DeLisa were named Top Producers in commercial sales tying with equal numbers in Sales and Dollars in the Door.

 

The Top Producer in Property Management was Sharon Salopek.  Also receiving certificates from Property Management Division Manager, Kay Davidson, for outstanding Property Management were Kathy Viens - #1 in Annual Units Rented, Jill Slowik - #1 in Renewals, and Sharon Salopek  - #1 in New Management Accounts. 

 

Elizabeth Ruvo, State Sales Division Manager and Jim Smomlinsky, Branch Sales Director presented Special Recognition Awards.  Carole Henderson was named “Most Improved” by increasing her sales volume by 834% over 2007.   Though she is not new to Real Estate, Joann DeRosa was named “Rookie of the Year” for All Florida GMAC.  She only joined the office in July but hit the ground running with sales and listings.  Joann also recently earned the GMAC Corporate Mobility Specialist Designation.

 

Hats Off for Exemplary Service Certificates were presented in two categories.  Charlie Bunten was recognized for his continual willingness to help his fellow associates with websites, CMA’s, flyers, covering their floor time and much more.  Rosemarie Pietrzak received the award for her customer service that always seems to go “above and beyond”.

Port St. Lucie Metropolitan Statistical Area grows by 3% in 2007

Good news from the US Census Bureau according to the Palm Beach Post this week.  The Port St. Lucie Metropolitan Statistical Area which is comprised of St. Lucie and Martin Counties on the east coast of Florida, has surpassed the 400,000 mark making it the 23rd fastest growing region in the country.   This 3% increase came despite a down market with fewer sales and falling values.

According to the article in the Palm Beach Post on March 27th, economists say this is an indication that the area, particulary Port St. Lucie is more recession proof than other areas of South Florida and the nation.   According to Hank Fishkind,  noted Florida economist, “Along I-95 Port St. Lucie is going to be the next major urban node on the east coast of Florida.”

The Tradition community is proving to be a wonderful addition to the area with beautiful family homes and townhouses, shopping, restaurants, a new school and much more.  There is 12 million sqauare feet of commercial and office space and 50,000 homes permitted and ready for construction which will bring an uptick in the economy as early as 2009, according to Fishkind.

Three biotech clusters are moving to Tradition and the city and developers have commitments to build roads. interchanges and drainage in Tradition making it one of the most attractive communiites along the nation’s east coast for industry and families.
